The Conduit is seeking an Impact Manager to lead the development and execution of key workstreams within the Solutions Agenda, ensuring the delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple stakeholders. You will oversee end-to-end programme management, from design and delivery to impact measurement and reporting, while coordinating timelines and resources.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end programmes, preferably in social impact, non-profit, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, resources and partners.
• Shape and execute high-impact initiatives under The Conduit's Solutions Agenda.
• Drive impact design, baselining, data collection and reporting across initiatives.
