Job summary

GE Vernova is expanding its HVDC capability and forming a Global HVDC System Commissioning & Services department. The Global HVDC System Commissioning & Services Leader will oversee strategy, governance, and execution across rapid global growth, aligning central HVDC, regional teams, and service functions to deliver safe, efficient commissioning and ongoing support for our HVDC portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance for seamless system integration.
• Provide independent V&V oversight of system integration.
• Lead end-to-end commissioning strategy from lab to client acceptance.
• Drive lifecycle support and continuous improvement for installed fleet.
• Standardize a global framework for lessons learned and cost reduction.
• Define long-term organizational strategy and leadership pipeline.
• Serve as escalation point for complex HVDC issues.
