• 8+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, or similar role.
• 7 years of management experience in security awareness programs.
• Strong understanding of information security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Human Security Risk Management (HSRM) program.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Create engaging security awareness training materials.
