Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in content development or similar role.
• At least 7 years of management experience in security awareness programs.
• Strong understanding of information security and HSRM principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HSRM program across the organization.
• Ensure program compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Champion an innovative HSRM awareness and training strategy.
• Oversee development of security awareness training materials.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of the HSRM program.
• Collaborate with leadership on HSRM initiatives.
