A global professional services company is seeking a Global HR Project Manager for its Leeds office. The successful candidate will oversee HR project delivery globally, while managing relationships with HR teams and maintaining project effectiveness through detailed reporting. The Global HR Project Manager will be part of the global HR function, supporting our company-wide People initiatives and systems.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, the role leads end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions, partnering with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
This role will also have up to two direct reports (Global HR Coordinator and Global HR Administrator) to support.
End-to-end project management of global HR projects:
Overseeing ongoing Global L&D initiatives including:
Support updates and ongoing improvement to initiatives as required.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
