Job Description

The Global HR Project Manager will be part of the global HR function, supporting our company-wide People initiatives and systems.

Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, the role leads end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions, partnering with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This role will also have up to two direct reports (Global HR Coordinator and Global HR Administrator) to support.

Key areas of responsibility
Management of Global HR projects

End-to-end project management of global HR projects:

  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and aligned to business and people strategy

Overseeing ongoing Global L&D initiatives including:

  • Global leadership and learning program delivery across multiple regions
  • Management of overall LMS experience for global business including learning, competency assessments and reporting
  • Design and delivery of global mandatory training modules

Support updates and ongoing improvement to initiatives as required.

Stakeholder management
  • Build strong relationships across our global HR teams and business leaders for effective delivery of Global HR projects
  • Support regional HR teams in development and delivery of learning
  • Relationship management with external delivery providers
  • Manage external system vendors
Reporting
  • Provide detailed reporting and intelligent insight into global HR projects
  • Monitor and understand project effectiveness providing intelligent insight into areas of focus
Supporting global HR team operations
  • Supporting with other global HR team projects as required
  • Management of Global HR budget relevant to your projects, ensuring set up and review to ensure commercial success
  • Provide input and analysis for quarterly board cycle, highlighting impact of people initiatives
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience of HR project management in a professional services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and tailor communication for different audiences
  • The ability to balance needs of different stakeholders and influence where appropriate to achieve global consistency
  • The ability to manage a number of projects and processes simultaneously and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrable knowledge of LMS and HR systems
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
