The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to managers on employee relations matters and develop HR policies that reflect best practices. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience in managing employee relations casework independently.
  • Experience in reviewing and creating People policies.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies that reflect best practice and legal compliance.
  • Monitor key people metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding, contract changes, and exit processes.
  • Partner with consultants on complex cases.
