A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. The business is currently on an exciting change journey and as such this is a particularly compelling opportunity. This is a high-impact role supporting a business area that spans the UK, Europe and Asia, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence to implement people initiatives that align with broader business goals and support ongoing growth.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • has proven HR business partnering experience in complex, fast-paced environments
  • brings strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, reorganisations)
  • has experience working across multiple geographies and understands the nuances of global HR
  • can demonstrate involvement in total reward planning and delivery
  • ideally has a background in financial services or a similarly regulated industry
