Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience in EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle across EMEA.
• Support employee relations cases and guide managers accordingly.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Partner with Payroll for processing monthly changes.

Skills

Proficient in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Solid understanding of payroll coordination and benefits administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
