Job summary

A leading HR technology company is looking for an HR Advisor to support the Employer of Record service. This role entails managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing guidance on employee relations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR advisory in the UK or Ireland and strong knowledge of labor laws. This position is primarily based in the UK with opportunities to expand into Nordic countries.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR advisory or consulting services.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws in the UK or Ireland.
  • Ability to manage employee claims and grievances.
  • Experience in project management and organization.

Responsibilities
