Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visitor recruitment strategies aligned with event goals and segmentation.
  • Manage high-value individual and group buyer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strong event ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to optimise matchmaking and improve CRM-driven customer experience.
  • Analyse buyer data to guide programme enhancements and present insights to leadership.
  • Support major events onsite, resolving issues in real time and representing the RX brand.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support a collaborative, high-performing culture.
