Job summary

Haskoning seeks a Health & Safety Specialist to join our UK & Global teams. You’ll balance UK Regulation 7 governance with delivering the global H&S framework, working with senior stakeholders across regions.

You will influence governance, ensure compliance, and support incident learning and improvement while contributing to our diverse, international consultancy. Location options include UK offices with travel.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma, Level 6 or equivalent; working towards is acceptable.
• IOSH membership with incident investigation and ISO 45001 auditor experience is desirable.
• Significant governance, compliance and assurance experience in H&S.

Responsibilities

• Support UK governance, legal compliance, assurance and risk escalation.
• Contribute to global H&S policies, standards, and improvement activities.
• Lead UK Regulation 7 competent person and governance tasks (50%).
• Manage global H&S framework delivery and alignment across regions.
• Coordinate incident governance, learning and continual improvement.
