Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a driven Senior Officer for Health Partnerships to cultivate and expand corporate support in Global Health and related sectors. You will steward a sizable donor portfolio, develop tailored fundraising strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful health initiatives for refugees and communities in need.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 6 years relevant experience.
Experience in Global Health sector and partnerships fundraising.
Ability to develop and manage project plans and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Steward a $3M+ USD portfolio with diversified funding streams.
Deliver robust strategy for Global Health sector partnerships.
Build and nurture new business pipeline and identify prospective partners.
Create partnership materials: overviews, activation ideas, proposals, reports.
Collaborate with External Relations teams to leverage health campaigns and events.
Establish client servicing plans with KPIs and reporting procedures.
