Job summary

Uniphar Group is offering a graduate programme in Expanded Access Operations in the UK, delivering patient access projects and supporting client engagement. You will join the Program Management team to help day‑to‑day delivery, coordinate cycles, and learn regulatory processes across cross‑functional teams.

As a graduate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in project planning, budgeting, and reporting while developing skills in regulatory affairs and compliance, with flexible hybrid working options.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain records.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis using Excel and Office tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, ability to handle straightforward client interactions independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of client programmes by maintaining project plans and coordinating onboarding.
  • Organise and contribute to weekly client calls and respond to routine client queries with escalation when needed.
  • Assist with client reports, inventory tracking, budget forecasting and invoicing support.
  • Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
  • Onboarding objectives will be set and refined as priorities evolve.
