About the Team

The Wealth team specialises in high quality qualitative & quantitative research with wealthy audiences across different categories, with particular focus on luxury and wealth management sector.

Working with some of the most prestigious brands in the world from famous fashion houses, supercars to private banks, etc. We are trusted partners to our clients, advising them on how to engage, understand and access these niche and valuable audiences and this role offers the opportunity to support clients in a truly consultative manner.

About the Role
  • Set and Deliver Global Strategy: Shape and implement a comprehensive global wealth strategy that supports Savanta’s growth ambitions and adapts to regional market needs.
  • Drive Commercial Growth: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and harnessing technology to secure sustainable, year‑on‑year expansion.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Develop and inspire a global team across the UK, EMEA, and Americas, creating a culture of innovation, client focus, and service excellence.
  • Expand International Presence: Increase market share outside the UK, particularly in the US and Asia, utilising existing relationships across various sectors.
  • Champion Technology-Driven Solutions: Embed technology at the core of service delivery to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Influence and Collaborate: Build strong stakeholder relationships, lead high‑value pitches, and enhance Savanta’s reputation through thought leadership and networking.
About You

You are a strategic, autonomous leader with a proven track record in driving commercial growth and leading high‑performing teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to transform traditional research into cutting‑edge insights.
