Job description
Quick facts: £60-70k + 10% bonus | Global Talent Acquisition Manager | East London / London area | Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Qualifying questions:
  • Q1: Do you have in-house Talent Acquisition experience within FMCG, Consumer Health, Life Sciences, or Bio Tech? (I can’t progress anyone who doesnt have these as their recent sectors)
  • Q2: What global or multi-region recruitment experience do you have (e.g., EMEA, India, China, APAC)?
  • Q3: Can you share an example of balancing hands-on delivery with building or improving TA processes?
The opportunity:

This organisation operates across 100+ markets and is undergoing rapid change under a new leadership team. They are bringing Talent Acquisition in-house for the first time and need someone who thrives in pace, ambiguity and ownership. This role offers the chance to build the global TA function from scratch while staying deeply hands-on. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, shape the operating model, implement tools, and create the EVP. If you enjoy fast-paced, evolving environments and want the freedom to design and deliver, this is a rare and high-impact opportunity.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for around 15 roles per month across corporate and commercial functions, including Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Technical/Scientific, Finance, Sales/Marketing and GM-level roles.
  • Manage hiring across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, India, China and APAC.
  • Source directly, build pipelines and progressively reduce agency dependency.
  • Establish TA processes, frameworks and standards where none exist today.
  • Select, implement and embed the organisation’s first ATS.
  • Lead the development of the EVP and employer brand.
  • Improve candidate experience and hiring manager capability.
  • Work closely with the HR Director on wider people transformation.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Global or multi-region recruitment exposure (EMEA essential; APAC/India/China a plus).
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, matrix-style environment.
  • Someone who leads, takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Comfortable working in a hectic, ambiguous, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Confidence to run recruitment end-to-end across a wide range of role types.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Direct sourcing capability and the ability to reduce agency reliance.
  • Experience building or improving TA processes, systems or structures.
  • Energy, resilience, pace and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Sector background from FMCG, Consumer Health, Life Sciences or similar fast-paced global industries.
