Sportradar is seeking a hands‑on Senior Executive to lead the Information Security function. You will own the Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, detection engineering and threat intelligence, managing the people and platforms behind them.

You will work with engineering, product security and the wider leadership to ensure defensible, effective security across a global cloud estate. You will be at the table shaping operational reality, driving metrics, and delivering a scalable,

Formación

• Deep, current incident response experience; you have personally led the response to serious incidents.
• Built or rebuilt a SOC including operating model, hiring, tooling and metrics.
• Strong grounding in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and incident response within them.
• Experience with detection programmes: rule development, coverage mapping, tuning, automation.
• Threat intelligence experience: operational intel feeding hunts, detections and decisions.
• Proven track record of leading globally distributed technical teams across time zones.
• Hands-on with SIEM/Data Lakes implementations and support.
• Experience with DDoS mitigation.
• Experience with threat hunting and purple teaming.

Responsabilidades

• Own incident response end to end and lead major incidents personally.
• Build and evolve the SOC, including operating model, on-call structure, tooling and automation.
• Treat detections engineering as code: versioned, tested, and mapped to threats.
• Develop an intel capability to inform hunts, detections and leadership briefings.
• Be the voice of operational reality to ensure defensible builds and grounded leadership.
• Define and improve measures: detection coverage, investigation quality, time to detect and contain.
