Job summary

QinetiQ Limited seeks a Group Head of Quality to develop and deliver a comprehensive quality improvement plan across the business. You will drive process improvements with Project Management, Engineering and Operations to raise performance and ensure safe, right-first-time delivery.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will champion quality methodologies and a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory standards while guiding audits and supplier quality management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in quality within a technical environment.
• Experience across multi-domain quality organisations (aviation, ordnance, munitions, high energy systems).
• Aligned technical qualifications desirable (MCQI, IIA).

Responsibilities

• Set and drive quality strategy across the group to improve performance.
• Provide quality support to bids and projects to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee ISO and regulatory standards compliance and supplier quality requirements.
