Automata is hiring a Head of People to lead the People and Workplace function across the UK, US and Germany. You will report to the CFO and act as a trusted partner on organisation design, culture, capability and people cost.

In this player‑coach role you’ll set the people strategy, lead a team of four, manage payroll and benefits, and drive policies and processes to scale while maintaining Automata’s culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a People/Workplace function across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits and regulatory requirements in several jurisdictions.
• Ability to design, implement and govern HR processes and data governance.

• Partner with CFO and executive team to translate strategy into a people plan.
• Lead payroll, benefits, policy, and HR operations across countries.
• Oversee workplace, engagement and internal communications activities.
