Selby Jennings is seeking a Head of Operations / COO to lead and scale its global operations across trading, fund operations and corporate entities. The role reports to the CEO and requires building robust operating infrastructure with a strategic, hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a quant hedge fund or similar firm, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable operations for growth and expansion.

Formación

• Proven experience building and leading operations in a quant hedge fund or similar active trading environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset life cycles, trading infrastructure and fund operations.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple locations and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across all entities, funds and office locations.
• Define and execute the operational roadmap for growth.
• Oversee prime brokers, exchanges and counterparty relationships.
• Drive automation, governance and scalable controls.
• Partner with trading, technology, risk and finance leaders.
