Job Title: Global Head of Marketing

Contract: 2 years Fixed Term

Location: UK based with the expectation to travel to the HQ (Flexible Hybrid)

We are seeking a Global Head of Marketing to lead the development, launch, and scale-up of our 2026 propositions. This is a rare opportunity to shape the narrative, positioning, and campaigns that establish our credibility in corporate wellbeing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand development and launch strategy for our 2026 goals.
  • Support the Group Leadership Team in building a long-term roadmap for brand expansion.
  • Create awareness and commercial growth in new and existing markets
  • Work closely with the Group Leadership Team to align brand direction with Westfield Health’s wider strategy.
  • Build brand awareness, credibility, and recognition in priority markets.
  • Translate strategy into measurable outcomes across awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Balance global consistency with local market relevance, using partners or in-market agencies.
  • Oversee creative campaigns across digital, PR, and events.
  • Ensure the brand story is consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Manage external agencies and partners for brand, PR, media, and digital.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven senior marketing leadership in launching and scaling international brands.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, campaign delivery, and market entry.
  • Experience working with in-market agencies or partners.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a scale-up environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with agility in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
  • Strong collaboration skills and credibility at Board level
  • Cultural awareness and global storytelling capability.
