  • Strengthen early careers and professional development programmes to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Use insight, analytics, and experimentation to track results and guide investment decisions
What success looks like
  • A refreshed global strategy and operating model agreed with the executive team
  • Leadership programmes rebuilt with strong engagement and visible results
  • Digital and data-driven learning ecosystem embedded across regions
  • Clear metrics showing progress in capability, engagement, and retention
  • A motivated, modern L&D team recognised for pace, creativity and business impact
What you’ll bring
  • Experience leading Learning & Development and Leadership Development at scale across multiple countries
  • A record of transforming learning functions and linking them to measurable outcomes
  • Credibility and confidence with senior executives, combined with a collaborative, down-to-earth style
  • Curiosity and practical experience applying digital and AI tools to improve learning
  • Energy, resilience and the ability to lead teams through change
  • A balance of strategy and execution, able to set vision and make it happen
What’s on offer
  • Permanent role based in Central London or Luxembourg with hybrid working (2 to 3 days in the office)
  • Competitive base salary, 10% bonus, and equity
  • 27 days’ holiday, private medical, income protection, pension, and life assurance
  • A rare opportunity to redefine how a global financial organisation builds leadership and capability during a major growth phase
The process
  1. Intro call with Re:work
  2. Conversation with the Talent Director and Leadership Development Program Manager
  3. Second stage with peers in the Talent & Growth team
  4. Final panel with senior stakeholders, including a short presentation on how you’d approach building a modern global learning strategy

If you’ve rebuilt learning and leadership functions that deliver real performance impact and you’re ready to do it again on a global stage, we’d love to hear from you!
