Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational capability roles.
• Proven experience designing and scaling global leadership programmes across geographies.
• Deep expertise in coaching, ideally ICF-qualified or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed an enterprise-wide leadership capability framework.
• Design and launch global leadership programmes.
• Sponsor and oversee delivery of coaching and manager capability programmes.
