The Freedom Fund is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the global people agenda across a workforce of approximately 70 employees spanning 10 countries. Qualifikationen

• Significant generalist HR leadership experience within NGO/charity or international development.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, organisational change and people transformation.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed and internationally based workforces.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
• CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent professional experience.
