Job summary

Marks Sattin partners with a private equity backed consumer business to appoint a Head of Group Reporting. The role operates across a multi-entity, multi-currency footprint in the UK, US, Europe and APAC as part of a finance transformation journey.

You will own the monthly consolidation end-to-end (FX, eliminations, intercompany), lead the consolidation systems implementation, oversee IFRS reporting, P&L and cash flow, and drive group tax coordination with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified or equivalent chartered accounting qualification.
• Hands-on experience leading a consolidation systems implementation.
• Strong IFRS reporting and group disclosures experience.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments and intercompany accounting.
• Background in finance transformation and data/system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly consolidation end-to-end (FX, eliminations, minority interests).
• Lead consolidation systems implementation, data models and COA mapping.
• Direct full financial reporting, P&L, and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead external and statutory audits and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner on international tax and multi-currency operations.
• Drive process automation and reduce manual Excel usage.
• Lead and develop finance professionals across regions.
