Job summary

A large private equity backed group in the UK is seeking a Group Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, performance insights, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ PQE and proven senior leadership experience in complex, multi-entity or international environments.
• Strong FP&A background with deep experience in management reporting and performance analysis.
• Values-driven, collaborative and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful, timely management reporting, analysis and board-level commentary.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Provide strategic analysis, scenario modelling and investment appraisal.
