Job summary

Springer Nature Group seeks a Head of Digital and Creative Services to shape the digital and creative strategy for Springer Health+ and related brands. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across global and local offices, build scalable processes, and partner with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs from the UK to worldwide markets.

The role is based in Chester, Manchester or London with a hybrid working model, reporting to the Digital Services Director and driving enablement

Qualifications

• Essential experience managing creative, digital or integrated production teams in a medical communications/healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the digital and creative strategy across SH+ and Local Pillar, aligning with senior stakeholders.
• Lead the digital and creative services team as a centre of expertise and enablement hub across geographies.
• Build and manage a preferred network of agencies, freelancers and partners with governance and cost control.
• Oversee workflow design, capacity planning and supplier performance to deliver high-quality output.
