You will partner with business leaders, leading your team to deliver consistent, scalable technology platforms to enable business growth and advance high engineering standards.**Responsibilities include:****Strategic Technology Leadership**: Partner with Commodities business leaders to define, champion, and execute the technology strategy and roadmap that directly enables business growth, market share expansion, and new product development. Influence and make critical investment decisions for the technology book of work.**Platform Excellence & Resiliency**: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. Ensure strong technical architecture alignment, platform quality, and resiliency to protect clients and the bank against operational risks.**Technical Leadership & Modern Practices**: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable solutions, essential for global Commodity flows. Ensure strong target-state architecture alignment, exceptional engineering, and superior resiliency to protect clients and the bank against operational risks.**Global Team Leadership & Development**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team of technologists.
