A leading global film & media organization is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee group tax compliance and reporting across international entities. The ideal candidate should be ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified with significant experience in corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing. This role provides high visibility and an opportunity to shape tax operations across 60+ jurisdictions, working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience within an international tax environment, preferably in group tax.
• Strong grounding in direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting.
• Exposure to transfer pricing and OECD frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance, submissions and payments.
• Review UK VAT returns and statutory accounts.
• Oversee preparation of international tax returns including US filings.
• Prepare quarterly tax reporting packs and reconciliations.
• Support tax audits and investigations.
