Job summary

Marex Group is seeking an FPA Modelling and Data Analytics Manager to design and deliver automated data solutions for FP&A across the firm, enabling accurate management reporting, planning and disclosures. The role requires deep understanding of Marex’s business operations, data flows and source systems, with a focus on scalable, consent-based data sets and modelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in FP&A and financial modelling.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to automate reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated FP&A solutions for management reporting and external disclosures.
• Build knowledge of Marex’s operations to create data sets and models.
• Create firm-wide financial datasets for forecasting and external disclosures.
• Automate business requirements and build dashboards, reports and models.
• Maintain target state data requirements with enterprise data teams.
• Drive data-driven process improvements for internal and external reporting.
• Provide key financial metrics to investors and external stakeholders.
