Job summary

Nord Anglia Education London HQ is recruiting an FP&A Analyst - Planning and Reporting to partner with the Group Head of FP&A and Senior FP&A Manager. You will support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting to the Board and senior leadership, delivering high-quality financial insights to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or another numerate discipline.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of VBA/macros would be advantageous.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting, management accounts, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver KPI, revenue, P&L and cash flow reporting to support decision-making.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with regional and functional teams to produce high-quality financial insights.
• Maintain and improve financial data quality through reconciliation and data cleansing.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis and capital expenditure reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency.
• Help develop reporting standards, templates and best-practice processes.
