Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in AML/CTF Compliance, ideally in a global payments, FX, or FinTech firm.
• Proven experience in strategic roles involving design and coordination of a global Financial Crime Framework.
• Deep knowledge of UK and EU financial crime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own global Financial Crime Strategy and Framework.
• Lead design and evolution of Ebury’s Financial Crime Programme.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for AML/CTF policies.
