Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting under US GAAP.
• Assist with accounting and reporting for share-based payments and lease obligations.
• Prepare monthly US GAAP management reporting and annual IFRS statutory financial statements.
• Support tax compliance processes across UK and US jurisdictions.
