Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering large, complex transformation programmes in global multi-entity organisations.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP and payroll/HRIS implementations.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including governance and controls.
• Demonstrated capability in multi-workstream programme management with RAID and dependencies.
• Experience managing complex data migration, testing, cutover and transition-to-service activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with C-suite sponsorship and senior leadership exposure.
• Strong vendor and commercial management experience with SaaS and enterprise Tech.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear decisions and actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience delivering change across multiple countries and operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full programme lifecycle from mobilisation and discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, stabilisation and benefits realisation.
• Define and maintain the programme vision, scope, outcomes, roadmap, milestones, budget, resource plan, success measures and governance.
• Establish clear decision rights, escalation routes and reporting cadence aligned with governance standards.
• Lead multiple interdependent workstreams ensuring alignment across process, technology, data, controls, operating model and change activities.
• Maintain high-quality artefacts including integrated plans, RAID, dependency logs and executive status reporting.
• Oversee finance transformation initiatives such as ERP implementations, data integration and control improvements.
• Coordinate requirements elicitation across business, technical, data, security and compliance domains.
• Ensure scalable global operating model while meeting local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide challenge to proposed solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Lead data discovery, migration, testing and cutover planning with readiness criteria.
