Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a Financial Accountant & Payroll Manager to join our Group Finance function. You will work with HR, Delivery Operations, and Sales to maintain accurate financial records and payroll outputs for UK and US entities.

This role offers growth within a mission-driven organization committed to impactful work. You will handle payroll processing, journal management, expense reimbursement, benefits compliance, and balance sheet reconciliations, with additional duties such as VAT

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-currency bookkeeping for US and UK entities.
• Familiarity with Employer-of-Record (EoR) relationships in payroll, commissions, benefits.
• Knowledge of NetSuite General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for UK and US entities with EoR relationships.
• Journal management and monitoring Rippling integration for payroll journals.
• Expense processing for UK and US employees in NetSuite for payroll reimbursement.
• Processing benefits invoices, deductions, and taxes; ensure compliance.
• Reconciliation of payroll-related balance sheet accounts.
