As a Business Manager in our Business Management team, you play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives and optimizing performance. You act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior management to align resources and address strategic objectives. You help us identify, elevate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring our continued success. Together, we create solutions that prepare our business for the future and deliver lasting impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement new business strategies and strategic initiatives across departments and support groups
• Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives related to fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate business risks, including legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issues
• Analyze financial performance and expenses, identifying and driving productivity initiatives
• Partner with Operations and Technology to define future workflows and implement technology projects
• Collaborate with external service and infrastructure providers to support business needs
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups
• Advise senior management and coordinate deployment of corporate resources
• Prepare the business to meet evolving market requirements
• Drive implementation of strategic and tactical objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
