Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the global Field Marketing team. You will own systems, logistics and processes that keep events running smoothly and campaigns properly attributed, supporting regional leads across time zones as a global resource.

You will manage budgets, vendor coordination, campaign setup in Splash and Salesforce, and post-event follow-ups to accelerate sales coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or event coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep complex programs on track.
• Experience working across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own systems, logistics and processes that run events and campaigns.
• Support regional field marketing leads with admin tasks and pipeline coordination.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate campaign attribution.
• Coordinate budgets and post-event follow-ups to accelerate sales coordination.
