Job summary

Nteractive is seeking a Graphics Production Manager to join our Creative Studio. You will own the full graphics lifecycle for large-scale events, coordinating artwork, fabrication, installation and post-event reconciliation with clients and suppliers.

You’ll work across creative, client services and production teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale graphics programmes.
• Strong understanding of graphics production, fabrication and installation.
• Experience briefing printers, fabricators and installation partners.
• Strong budgeting discipline and cost-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full graphics production lifecycle from concept through artwork, proofing, fabrication, installation and post-event reconciliation.
• Build and manage detailed production plans, schedules and milestones.
• Provide clear guidance to clients and internal teams on feasibility, methods, timelines and costs.
• Drive planning discipline across briefing, artwork, production, logistics and de-rig.
• Ensure graphics meet technical, creative, quality and brand standards.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead onsite graphics delivery and quality checks.
