Qualifications

• Understanding of equities products such as cash equities, equity derivatives, swaps, and financing business.
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, control enhancement, or automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance controls for daily and monthly balance sheet and liquidity processes.
• Identify risks early and ensure robust data and reporting.
• Seek and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Automate manual tasks and challenge existing processes.
• Reconcile trading positions, balances, and valuations with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve data mismatches and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Participate in control testing and maintain clear process documentation.
• Support audits and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Alteryx.

As an Associate in the External Reporting Team within the Equities Product Control Group, you play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Equities Trading business. • Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA
