Job summary

Brambles is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead global data modeling and architecture initiatives. You will define standards for master data, reference data, and data lineage, and partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality and governance.

This role covers conceptual, logical and physical models across platforms, with hybrid remote work across Manchester, London, Poland or Prague, and a focus on delivering scalable data architecture for enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise data architecture within a complex global organisation.
• Ability to define enterprise data and information models.
• Experience with DAMA Data Management framework.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Define architectural standards and patterns for the management of master data, reference data and shared business data assets.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand drivers of data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Support identification of data risks and control weaknesses within source systems and data movement processes.
• Work across technical teams to ensure understanding of key data entities and their lifecycle.
• Drive the development of Brambles Data Architecture in collaboration with the business.
• Documentation of the As-Is data landscape and risk mitigations.
• Develop and communicate data architecture standards, information models and classification structures.
