Responsibilities

• Ensure robust, scalable engineering processes are maintained across our Ukrainian core product team.
• Drive the hiring, staffing, and establishment of product and Go-To-Market teams across NATO member states.
• Manage active roadmaps, timelines, and effectively communicate trade-offs and strategic compromises to leadership.
