Job summary

Brewer Morris, a leading global financial services organisation, is partnering to appoint a senior International Employment Tax leader into its in-house tax function. The role reports directly to the Head of Tax and will own employment tax matters across EMEA and APAC, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the firm’s global employment tax strategy.

Based in London, the expectation is to be in the office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Significant UK and international employment tax expertise.
• Strong ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice within a complex international environment.
• Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• International employment tax advisory and compliance.
• Global mobility, business travellers and remote working arrangements.
• Cross-border remuneration, equity and social security matters.
• Employment tax governance, risk management and controls.
• Partnering with Tax, HR, Legal, Payroll and Finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
