Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Project Manager to lead the global replacement of Microsoft Dynamics GP with Dynamics 365 Business Central across 70+ Aviagen companies. Based in Newbridge, Edinburgh, UK or Huntsville, AL, USA, you will manage budgets, schedules, risks and coordination with Microsoft Partner, clients and vendors.

You will oversee data migration, UAT, go-live planning, and training while driving governance and stakeholder communications across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering business application implementations.
• Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Strong grasp of core business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and scope changes to deliver on time and on budget.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, risks, and timelines across the programme lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, UAT, go-live planning, and training frameworks.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communication across levels.
