Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven leadership of global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with capital projects or industrial process systems.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel internationally 40–50%.
• Strong financial, risk and change control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global project management organisation and governance for all systems projects.
• Standardise processes, DBS-aligned governance, and performance metrics across regions.
• Oversee planning, resources, scheduling, cost control, and customer communications.
• Lead commissioning organisation for startup, testing and customer acceptance.
• Drive first-time-right execution, cycle-time reduction, and field productivity.
• Own risk management with registers, contingencies, and executive reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment.
