Job summary

Reporting to the Executive Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing, the postholder will oversee international recruitment, conversion and in-country teams, delivering sustainable growth and market diversification through data-informed decision making.

• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams through transformation and change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the University’s international recruitment strategy.
• Lead international recruitment and conversion teams.
• Oversee agent networks, channels, and compliance.
• Strengthen international profile across key territories.
• Collaborate with partnerships, transnational education and institutional priorities.
• Represent the University nationally and internationally.
