Qualifications

  • Experience at Senior Exec or Account Manager level in a media agency environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
  • A confident communicator with client-facing experience and a flair for relationship building.
  • Strong grounding in both traditional and digital media, with a passion for innovation.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (experience with GWI, TGI or Nielsen is a bonus).
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing digital pilots from briefing to final post campaign report.
  • Leading communication with local market teams and coordinating input across regions.
  • Supporting the Account Director and Global Client Lead on key deliverables.
  • Coordinating global deliverables including Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Driving process efficiency and looking for better performance opportunities.
  • Mentoring the Account Executive, fostering development and operational excellence.
  • Working closely with strategy, digital, and data teams for best service.
