We are seeking on behalf of a client, a Global Digital Director to lead their worldwide digital business. This senior role oversees the full spectrum of online channels and drives growth across multiple markets.

About the Role

The Global Digital Director will manage the entire global digital business across DTC, marketplaces, performance marketing, and CRM, owning the full online P&L and driving profitable growth across all markets and customer retention. This leader will manage key online functions, build strong cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality digital experience for customers globally. This role entails owning the full funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention), maximizing profitability, and building a direct relationship with customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Lead the company’s global online performance and growth, owning strategic and commercial outcomes across all digital channels.
  • Shape and execute the long‑term online roadmap, ensuring alignment with executive objectives and local market teams.
  • Strengthen the direct‑to‑consumer business by elevating user experience, optimizing conversion, and supporting continuous innovation.
  • Oversee marketplace strategy and expansion, ensuring consistent brand presence and strong commercial delivery across regions.
  • Drive the global digital growth engine—including paid media, performance marketing, and experimentation—to scale acquisition and revenue efficiently.
  • Guide global CRM and retention efforts, enhancing customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value through automated and data‑driven programs.
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams across multiple online disciplines while fostering strong collaboration with senior stakeholders worldwide.
Your Profile
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce or digital leadership roles, ideally within fast‑paced consumer categories or international growth environments.
  • Proven success managing complex online operations, multi‑channel strategies, and diverse global teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models across DTC, marketplaces, growth marketing, and CRM.
  • Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable owning ambitious performance goals.
