Job summary

Starcom in London (Samsung Constellation) is seeking a Commerce Manager to shape global e‑commerce strategies across markets. Sitting within Starcom’s Constellation team, you’ll drive connected, scalable commerce experiences that blend data, creativity and technology to grow business globally.

You’ll collaborate with Samsung stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, translating global priorities into regional actions, and leading initiatives from strategy through execution to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital agency or similar environment across planning, activation, strategy or operations.
• Confident working with clients and delivering in a clear, structured way.
• Understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online customer journeys.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across integrated teams.
• Comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decision‑making.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with attention to detail in analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of global digital commerce initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, aligning global priorities with regional and local market needs.
• Shape campaign and programme direction to maximise commercial impact and long-term growth.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Samsung stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, overcome challenges and optimise outcomes.
• Bring teams together to drive alignment, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs, ensuring excellence across planning, reporting and execution.
