• Experience working across regions to build consistent global standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional derivatives Margin Team with direction and governance.
• Own and enhance Global Margin Control standards across regions.
• Drive a globally consistent change agenda for the margin function.
• Support new product rollouts and client-driven changes.
• Strengthen governance, controls, and issue management practices.
• Improve OTC derivatives accounting processes and reduce risk of errors.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations and business leadership.
