X4 Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Privacy SME to support a global privacy transformation programme, strengthening the organisation's privacy framework and ways of working. You will review privacy records, data inventories, data flows, ROPA and DPIA processes, and help remediate gaps.

The role requires several years in Data Privacy, strong GDPR knowledge, and hands-on experience across the privacy lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection across the privacy lifecycle.
• Strong GDPR knowledge with practical experience in complex environments.
• Experience with ROPA, data mapping, DPIAs, privacy governance and policy development.

Aufgaben

• Support the delivery of a global data privacy transformation programme, strengthening the privacy framework and ways of working.
• Review and improve data privacy records, inventories, data flows, ROPA and DPIA processes, identifying gaps and remediation activity.
• Develop and embed practical privacy policies, procedures, controls and repeatable processes across the business.
• Provide privacy guidance across business change, technology, data and third-party activities, addressing risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to improve privacy awareness, governance and day-to-day operations.
