PureGym Group is seeking a Group Data Compliance Manager to lead privacy and data protection across markets. The role acts as the Designated Data Protection Officer within the Health & Safety team, reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety.

Hybrid role in London or Leeds, two days in the office, with international travel as required. You will oversee DPIAs, data subject rights, supplier privacy reviews and cross-border transfers, driving a culture of responsible data use.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data protection and privacy programmes in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Experience acting as a Data Protection Officer or senior privacy professional.
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Swiss FADP and international transfer requirements.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with commercial objectives.
